What if there's an issue with my Jack's Sacks product? 
I use materials and processes, proven after years of research, to create high quality products. However, I am human and mistakes happen. If you have a manufacturing defect, reach out to me and I'll make it right. If it becomes damaged and needs repair, please send some pictures and I'll let you know what I can do.

Do you repair/modify other brand's gear?
The short answer is yes. While I highly recommend giving the original manufacturer a chance to make right, I do understand circumstances may not allow and/or make it easier to have someone else do the repair. Send me a message and a couple pictures and I'll provide you a quote.
