What is a lead time? 
Lead time is the amount of time it takes me to make your product and ship it. Items that are in stock will ship as soon as possible. Being a one man show, I am only able to make it to the post office twice a week at best. I thoroughly understand upcoming trips and last minute needs - please reach out to me and I'll do what I can to help

What is a good all around sack? 
For most, a Bar Sack and/or a Snack Sack will be the most versatile. Both offer an exceptional amount of volume and make it very easy to access the contents. They can also be easily moved from bike to bike. After that, a Frame Sack is an excellent choice for your steed. 


I have seen other bags in your photos but do not see them listed on your site. 
These items are available "off the menu". Please contact me for details. 

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the custom process, all custom orders are considered final upon purchase. Unused, in stock products may be returned for a 20% restocking fee within 10 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to me. 

What if there's an issue with my Jack's Sacks product? 
I am human and mistakes happen. If you have a manufacturing defect, reach out to me and I'll make it right. If it becomes damaged and needs repair, please send some pictures and I'll let you know what I can do.

Do you repair/modify other brand's gear?
The short answer is yes. While I highly recommend giving the original manufacturer a chance to make right, I do understand circumstances may not allow and/or make it easier to have someone else do the repair. Send me a message and a couple pictures and I'll provide you a quote.
